Treatement for Warts

I have warts on my neck and underarms, request a treatment for the same. the warts on underarms are very soft and hang whereas the warts on and around neck are small ball like structure.I have this problem from quite some time. Nobody in my family have ever had any history of warts. please advice treatment to get rid of these warts from root.

Please take Thuja 30 and Causticum 30 twice a day for 20 days and see how that affects.

One dose means 2 pills or drops each of both remedies.
