Need Remedy for Bipolar disorder

Body weight,Physical structure, his liking in food?
- Weight 62 KG. Height 5.8, Lean, athlete structure, likes spicy
food

How much time he spends in Bathroom/Toilet?
- A lot. He drinks lot of water and as a result need to pee very
frequently

Has any sister/brother?
- No Sibling. I am single parent, taking care of him alone since
age of 4. HE talks to his father but not much

Academic activities?
- till 10th he was good in studies. Completed 11th with great
difficulty and did 12th with much more difficulty from open
school. Currently he is in 1st year of BCA. but he is not able
to study. He has a feeling that he is unable to write.Whenever
he sits for studying, he keep practicing writing with left hand
only. Here I want to mention that he is basically left handed.
when he was very young, my mother forced her to do all
activities with right hand. and he was doing good with right
hand. After getting Bipolar suddenly he stoped eating or
writing with right hand and now he keep practicing writing with
left hand

His social and political views?
- Not very social and not at all interested in politics. Infact
since childhood, he is never interested in any toy or any game.
He could not maintain relationships for long

Any habit of , wine?
- Beer. Very occasionally

Where you live?
- New Delhi

Your family members and their inter relationship?
- I live with my father. In normal circumstances he maintain very
good relationship with me and my father but currently he is in
maniac phase so he is irritated with everyone at home. My
mother expired 2 years back. My son did not have good terms
with her. My mother was very dominating by nature and my son
could not stand her at all. He still always bring her in every
discussion and curse her for her dominance. He feels that all
this happened because of my mother.

Family history of any diseases
- I am not sure but his father seem to have schizophrenia. when I
left him 18 years back, it was because of his insensitivity,
irrationality, and irresponsibility but now when he talks to
his son, he talks about supernatural things that he is seeing
around.

Since he is reluctant in taking any sort of medicine, I normally add 4 pills in 1/2 ltr water. Please suggest if this is ok or I need to add more than 4 pills.
Also, Since he is in maniac mode, I am giving Allopathic medicine to control his behaviour. Please suggest if I need to stop Allopathic medicine or let it be continued along with homeopathic.

Hello Sir,

I started giving Veretram Album 200 day before yesterday. I have already given him 2 doses.(I.e Day before yesterday and yesterday)

He is better from Violent behavior point of view but he is complaining about seeing Letters and numbers everywhere all the time. This irritates him a lot.
He is also complaining about having racing thoughts and hence compultion to speak. He need to speak atleast 3-4 hours to vent out and to get tired before sleeping. It is happening in the evening only.

Please suggest if I should give him third dose today?

Hello Dr Basu,

As per your instructions, I gave my son Veratrum 200 for 3 days and reporting back after 7 days.
Feedback:
Positive: His anger is completely under control. Excessive speaking is also under control. Sleeping and eating patterns have been improved.
Negative: Might be due to effect of allopathic medicine, he feels numbness in brain. He feels irritated due to blurred vision (I am aware that Both of them are side effects of Risperdal).
Additionally, he is not productive at all. Could not do even simple tasks.

Currently decision based racing thoughts are present in his brain. Those decisions are normally not good for his well being.For example, Not only that he stopped going to college, he has made a decision that he will not continue study.

Still he is not able to connect with anything like Movie, songs or study. Since he does not have anything to do all the day, he find ways to entertain himself by spending money on things that could have been avoided i.e Eating outside every day, demanding musical instruments. Day time he is alone at home so he keep calling me every 1-2 hours.

Sensitivity has been improved but still he is vulnerable in this aspect so I have to be very careful while talking to him.

Fear of unknown: He is afraid of many things i.e. his college mates may kill him (Please note that one of his college mate has recently been murdered in college itself by his friends. immediately after that incidence he got relapse)
He also have a fear that he wont be able to accomplish anything in life because he is not well.

Most of these are side effects of Risperdal. Please suggest which Homeopathic medicine will help to reduse Risperdal.

1.Veretram Album 200C one dose for two consecutive day for two weeks.

Also, Do I need to start Kali Phos 6X now or after 2 weeks ?

Can you also please suggest something that can help him in restlessness and frustration. Actually it gets controlled with allopathic medicine ' Valance'. It is a mood stabilizer.
It is very difficult to administer this medicine because it can be hidden in milk only otherwise he gets to know. Sometimes he stop drinking milk for few days and as a result he keep getting frustrated those days.

Please suggest any alternative mood stabilizer in homeopathic.
