1.5 years old baby teething loose stools and cough

My baby is having loose stools from the last almost ten days.. He is coughing as well.. He is having lots of ga.. Sometimes he does poop with a loud gas.. He coughs but not much.. He is clingy.. Doesn't want to eat much..sleeps fine..He is a breastfed baby..

Please give him Lycopodium 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects.
If it doesn't help give Pulsatilla 30 in the same way.
One dose means 2 pills or drops.

Thanks for ur reply.. I forgot to tell you that his stools are green.. Semi formed.. The other thing during the wait time I gave him chamomilla one drop in 5ml..now how to proceed with the meds?

cham, lyc, puls all these remedies can work for green stools. You may stay with the remedy if that helps. Otherwise you should move to another remedy.
