Pre-schooler's fluid discharge from vagina.

My 4+ years old daughter is having the following problems:
1. White patches on face (most likely Pityriasis/Tinea versicolor). I took her to the mainstream doctor who gave Clotrimazole cream. After using the cream for 15 days, no improvement happened.
2. Itchy rashes. She has a few rashes on the lower body. Rashes are on the skin-folds. Mostly concentrated on groins. Very low density (3 to 7 at a time). Keeps appearing and vanishing, but leaves a dark area.
3. Wet vagina. Her vagina is found wet after sleep. The discharge is lucid and odorless. Forms a layer around the lower region of vulva. After drying, It looks like a layer of dried of sugar syrup. (My personal opinion is, it is the side effect of the Clotrimazole, but, I am not sure).
4. Itchy ear. Her ears are always stuffy, and itches.
5. Attention deficit. She is very fickle. Attention is very short during study. But, likes to watch cartoons, and draw doodles a lot.

give ALUMINA 30c liquid, 2 drops in a tablespoon water, 3 times a day for 2 days,
{if buying pills then 3 pills, 3 times 2 days, chew it, do not swallow with water}
do not eat or drink anything 30 minutes before and after medicine,
