Chest And throat burning pain extreme after taking simple spicy food

My Mother has 45 years old. She has removed gall bladder by surgery about 1 year ago. Now she can't take any spicy food.

if she take any simple spicy curry she feels ..

-> Extreme burning pain on throat and chest
-> Feels a ball on her throat.

Doctor please suggest remedy to cure it please.
