laziness sleep 16 hr.. very sedentary..

i have a very sedentary life.. studying at home for exam.. 24 female..
i sleep for 16 hours.. i just can't control my sleep.. no will power.. no matter how much i tell myself to sleep less.. as soon as i sleep i forgets everything n just sleep for hours.. any remedy to reduce my sleep.. automatically.. i sleep at afternoon alsoo . it is my habit.. if i dont sleep at afternoon i will feel too tired.. even though i just woke up at 10 am.. and will fall asleep automatically in evening without control.. no activity in my life my family don't go outside anywhere all spend there time at home all the day so no company to go outside for walks n all with me.. i usually sleep at 12.30 at night.. it is fixed before that i cant sleep.. mind talks a lot even if i try to sleep early..

OKAY .. THIS IS MY NEW CASE SO I POST IT IN A NEW THREAD I REALLY WANT TO GET RID OF LAZINES .. I AM SLEEPING THIS LONG FROM 7 YEARS... I FEEL BAD I AM WASTING MY LIFE.. I KNOW BUT STILL NO CONTROL
