Pain in Coccyx

I have been feeling acute pain in my back tail bone region.I have ride bike daily to my work place It is 40 kms to and fro. It has become very difficult to commute to work place. I am 53 years old. Please suggest a remedy.

Silicea 30 three times a day and Nat Mur 6x,five tabs three times a day.

To control this problems what is most important is exercise.
Do 'Spine Stretching' exercises.
