Pain and weakkness in knee areaMy mother age 52 , weight 54 kg.
She fell down from 2 wheeler around 2.5 months ago, there was no major force incident and no injury on any upper part of the body.
Xray report didn't show any frature. However , it was mentioned that some spikes are seen which is an early sign of osteoporosis.
After the incident, it was difficult for her to walk without support.
Local doctor suggested to take symphytum Q , arnica 3 times a day.
She is regularly taking these medicines and there is much improvement seen. She is also taking calcarea phos 6x since last 1.5 months.
Now, she is able to walk on her own without support in home. She feels better by wearing a knee cap. However , sometimes she feels pain just below the knee on outer side. She says like there is weakness in her legs.
Please suggest suitable homeopathic medicine so that she restores the strength and can walk as normal.

So please make a Diet plan(calcium & iron rich) for Her.
Secondly, she must walk for at least 500 m at a stretch witout pause every day.
This walking should be increased to 2 km in stages within a span of 3 months.
Give her at least 500 ml cow milk every day.
