oily flaky scalp with heavy hairfall

Hi..I am a male 23 years old, height-5'11, weight-82 kg. I am suffering from heavy dandruff which I think is a case of seborrheic dermatitis. There is severe itching(sometimes) and lots of hairfall. My scalp is too oily, hair stick to the scalp and most dandruff is accumulated on back and both sides of the head. My hairloss is not genetic, my father, uncle still got full hair, my grandfather did too. My hair has thinned drastically and I feel very stressed out due to this. I am attaching some pictures to clearly understand my situation. These pictures were taken when I cleaned my scalp during bathing. My hair has become too weak. Please tell me some good medicines. Also can anyone tell if my hair will regrow after my seborrheic dermatitis has been cured??? Thanks in advance...looking forward for some advice!!!

Take at least 500 gm fresh fruits in your daily diet.
Take 150 gm curd.
Restrict carbohydrates (Chapati/Rice/Potatoes) to 150 gm coocked weight.
You need to reduce your body weight. keep it within 65 kg.
Now medicine.
1.Sulphur 30C 3 pills at morning.
2.Nux Vomica 30C 3 pills at evening.
Both to continue for 15 days.
Feedback afterwards.

Sir it's been 15 days since I started taking the medication prescribed by you. There is no improvement at all. Still lots of dandruff and lots of hairfall. My digestion is even worse now and I suffer from constipation for 2-3 days. I followed diet specified by you and also managed to reduce little weight(around 3 kg). But there is no improvement in my condition at all. I am attaching photo of dandruff from my scalp.
