Nausea while on medication

Can anyone tell me if Slight Nausea a good sign or bad? This is a new symptom that I developed while on homeopathic medication.

Should I inform my doctor immediately or can I wait for my next appointment (4/28)

Walkin means it is not usually a good sign. Although probably not critical, it may indicate the last remedy or dosage may need to be adjusted. So, rather than lose more time before your next appointment, it is the sort of feedback that your homeopath may want you to provide between scheduled appointments.
