Dogs eye not healing after deep corneal abrasion

I have a 12+ year old,12 pound little Min Pin mix who is recovering from conjunctivitis and a deep corneal scratch. The vet prescribed an Atrophine ointment, Eye serum, Tobramycin antibiotic drop and pain medicine. This happened 1 1/2 weeks ago. My vet took him off all meds but the antibiotic drop. His eye healed from the conjunctivitis but his eye is blue and he can barely see out of it. I have been searching the internet to find a solution and I have found and purchased Boiron Silicea 6c pellets and Boiron Hepar Sulphuris Calcareum 30c pellets. I have read they are both really good homeopathic remedies but I am not sure of the dosage. I don’t want to overdose my little pooch! Please help!!
