my lil bro problem
Hello Everyone I have burning sensation while Urinating And urine colour is dark yellow and Brown sometime back pain and i have Diarrhoea and sometimes Constipation I'm having problems with talking and swallowing food and drinking water i feel weakness in body neck pain also Any help will be sensitivity to light and soundfood always stuck in my stomach for 5 6 hours and also food doesn't taste like it should
