Sudden Sensoneural hearing loss 74 DB in right ear with vertigo since 3 years

Hi, I suffered sudden sensoneural hearing loss in right year. I have been experience vertigo since 2012, but no doctor identified what is the exact problem. in 2016, suddenly i lost hearing in right side with extreme pressure in the ear. i went to doctor second day, on third day i started oral steroids 60 mg as well as intratympanic injection. before treatment i had 90db hearing loss, after treatment it is improved to 74db. vertigo has subsided. I believe in homeopathy and wants to try it. please suggest couple of meds or combination of meds that i needs to try.

Please start taking the following remedies;

Natrium salicylicum 6 c, twice daily

Conium 6 c, twice daily

Tellurium metallicum 200 c, one dose every 3 days.

1 dose is 2 pills or drops.

Important:
Please stop the remedies when or if you started to have aggravation or improvement after taking them and report back here for a further advice.
