Multiple chalazions in almost 2.5 yr old

My almost two year old daughter got her first chalazion in her right eye in December of 2017. About a month ago she got a stye I took her to the doctor and we got antibiotics. The antibiotic cream took away the sty however the chalazion is still there and now there are two. In the last 3 weeks two have formed in the left eye. I have tried warm compresses but of course being a toddler my daughter is very reluctant so I can only do it when she sleeps. I try to put castor oil and flaxseed oil as I read that can help but haven't noticed much difference. They are slightly noticeable when looking at her however to the touch they are quite obvious and pronounced. They are on the upper eyelid. I don't know what to do .
She is tall for her age but very petite in weight she has a small appetite, is very active, fair skin and fine hair light colored hair . She eats a lot of fruits, a moderate amount of vegetables, she chooses not to eat most meats, she eats potatoes, rice, lentils, drinks organic non-GMO almond milk and eats yogurt and some cheese. She prefers salty foods to Sweet Foods. I do add chicken broth to her foods and she will eat bacon once a week. She is very intellectually driven and learns things very quickly. I am still breastfeeding.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her Ferrum phosphoricum 200c, once a day for 2 days and report back in 10 days.

1 dose is 2 pills/ pellets / drops.

Thank you for the response, I edited my original response to add a couple things. Please let me know if this affects the suggested remedy. Thank you.

No it doesn't affect the suggestion so please go ahead with Ferr-phos 200c.

I’m waiting for the remedy but in the meantime I have noticed a small stye forming on the lower left eyelid. It seems to be staying small, I’m keeping it clean and wiping.
Any other suggestions ? Or just wait for the Ferr phos?

Is it new or recurrent?

New

I looked this morning and the stye seems to have gone down significantly so I’m hoping it will go away. There’s hardly any redness and the bump is almost gone.

If it is going away on its own, you don't need to give her anything for this.

Today is day 1 after 2 days of the pills. Will monitor for progress so far it’s the same. Hopefully soon will see some changes.

I have noticed a reduction in the redness of her eyes not in the size of the chalazions. However today the right eye (the newer of the chalazions) seem to be red again and a little bit inflammmed. Any advice? Thank you kindly.

Repeat Ferr-p 200c, once a day for 3 days.

Tui 5 years ago
I did the repeat for three days as suggested. I do see an improvement so far in the right eye (the first eye to have chalazions) however the left eyelid is still very red and the bumps have not reduced in size or number. It has not been the full ten days since the repeat but I wanted to update in case there is something I should do or repeat. Thank you in advance for your help.

try Staphysagria 30c, twice a day for 2 -3 days.

Tui 5 years ago
Okay I will order. I have noticed it is least inflamed when she first wakes up and by the end of the day with all the activity it is most inflamed and red.

Good afternoon,
I have been reading about the staphysagria and read that the flower has a toxin. Is this safe for children? I just wanted to double check. Is there another option possibly? I eagerly await your response.

Many homeopathic remedies are actually made from toxin or poisons, but they are diluted so many times that there are no original substances left in a remedy so yes, the remedies are safe for all ages.

Thank you for the clarification. It is much appreciated. Will start suggested dose and time frame and report back with any changes.

Hi there, I wanted to update and get some advice. To me it seems as though the eye is more red and inflamed. The chalazions are towards the inner upper eyelid and lower toward the eyelashes. I don’t know if this means I should try the Ferr phos again or if this one is working or if I need to try something else or just wait and see. Please advise. Thank you kindly.

To clarify, they are on the upper eyelid. Just towards the inner angle and towards the part the eyelashes meet the eyelid.

Silica 200c, once a day for 5 days and report back any changes.

Tui 5 years ago
Thank you for recommendation. Will order and follow instruction.

It seems as though the original stye on the right eye is coming back. There is a white tip on it. Should the silica help with that?

Nextgensahm 5 years ago
Repeat ferr phos 200c, once a day for 2 - 3 days.

Along with the silica?
