Heat Stroke
These days people in Pakistan are facing extreme hot weather in many cities specially Karachi. Homeopathy can help in this regard.Take one dose of Nat Mur 30 or Glonine 30 before leaving house or office. Yes who are at risk of stroke from sun exposure, need to take Belladonna or Glonoine to avert this risk. When people are developing initial discomfort/distress from heat then these need to be taken to prevent any harm. Best potency is 200. If 30c is the only thing available that can also be made use of.
The other preventive measures are loosening the dress, drinking adequate water, electrolytes/ORS salts or natural drinks like tender coconut, butter milk and should move to a shady place with air---fans/air conditioners can also help, should also rest till the acute symptoms show some betterment.
