Orbital Pleomorphic Salivary Adenoma

Hello, Am 31 years old and I was diagnosed with an orbital pleomorphic adenoma in my right eye orbit.
I have had 2 surgeries to remove the original and the subsequent recuurence which occured 6 months after the 1st surgery. I hope not to go back for a 3rd surgery given I lost the upper eye muscle in the 2nd one, and the blinking muscle.

Symptoms include. Swollen eye lid in the morning, proptosis, sinus inflammation, migrane and swollen right face.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
