Infant Reflux and Milk Protein Intollerance

My 2.5 month old daughter is suffering from infant reflux and the doctors have her on Prilosec which I have stopped after two days and began 1/2 tablet of Nat Phos 6X after each feeding (not exceeding 6 times a day) it hasn’t been working for her. It has only been 2 days but I feel so bad that she is suffering. How long before I see a difference? Am I doing it correctly? Is this a guaranteed fix? Please Help me help my baby girl.

A full pill before or after meals? And 3 times a day with every other feeding?
