abnormal sperm count 91%

Hallo Sir / Mam

we are trying to conceive from 2016 with single ovary (Right). left ovary was removed in 2010 because of ovarian cyst. I m never pregnant so far.

recently we came to know that my husbands semen has more abnormal forms. brief of semen analysis is here under :-

Volume : 5ml
Color: Greyish white
liquefaction time: 30 mins
PH: 8
sperm concentration 30.0 million / Ml
total 154.5 Million / Ejaculate
Progressive Motility: 40%
Non progressive: 18%
Non motile: 42%
Normal forms : 9%
abnormal forms: 91%
Live sperms: 64%
dead sperms: 36%
pus cells 0-1/ HPF
spermatogenic cells: Nil

doctors said motility must be improved to 80% and morphology must be reversed to conceive i.e., 90% normal forms.

my husband is 32 years and even I m 31 years. over that we have only one ovary. pls suggest medicines to correct this situation and conceive at the earliest.

I have 25-27 days cycle. I m very depressed and concerned w.r.t not having kids so far. kindly help.

thank you
