IBS or Crohns?

Hi Doc,

I am Suffering ALternate Constipation and Loose Stool. While in Constipation I dont have urge for stools for 3 to 4 days and on the 4th night i do take Softovac to clear my stools.But during constipation i dont have any pain nor loss of appetite.But I get Psorasis like Skin rashes on Head,Mid Chest Eyebrows and Painful Mouth Ulcer.After my stools are clear the mouth ulcers go away but Skin rashes(i think Psoriasis )goes on. i Am sufferring this for last 10 years. currently i am 42 my body weight is 68 my height 5 ft 6 inch.no allopathy medicine has came to my aid...please help.also i cannot take milk products as it start cause bloating, belching and stomach discomfort and subsequently loose stool.waiting for your answer doc..

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
So when do you have loose stool? Only after eaten milk products? And do you get any pain?

Iif i Have Milk or milk product i have loose stool and also when i am going thorugh constipation and take Softovac to clear.

before passing i get a crumbling pain and after evacuation the pain goes away

Take Nux vomica 30c, twice daily and report back any changes.

1 dose is 2 pills or drops.

Taking Nux Vomica 30c two drops twice daily.Constipation is not there for last few days but i have to go to pass stool twice a day and also mouth ulcers are there.Foul smell on wind pass is also present..

Stop taking Nux vomica for a while and see if the symptoms subsides.
