Chronic throat infection

Hello doc..Please help me regarding my chronic infection of throat..From last 2 years i have been suffering from chronic dry nasal blockage, allergic pharyngytis,cough..i have tried almost all forms of treatment with absloutely no benefit..Right now i have been taking homeopathic meds like hepar sulph 3x, bio combination 28, 6, gelsenium under a local homeopath..But i havent had any improvement..My glands feel swollen..root of my tounge pains a lot..burning sensation in left side of throat, severe pain in the right side of throat, always feel sensation in throat...Congestion in nose throat always, and dryness in nose throat especially in morning, feels better when eat something, dryness gets worse in sunlight, walking ..and also i get really painfull mouth ulcers

Please take the following remedies;

Manganum 30c, twice daily until you feel some improvement.

1 dose is 2 pills or drops.

AND

Echinacea mother tincture, put 10 drops in 500 ml mineral water and sip all day and do this every day for a few months.

Report back any changes.

Till yesterday i have taken the homeopathic medicines i mentioned..Shall i start taking the ones you prescribed from today itself or should i wait..And should i stop all other homeopathic medicines
Also i want to let you know that there has not been a single day when i felt a little better..my throat always feels scratchy dry, root of nasal area always feels blocked and a simple smell of scented products worsen my symptoms..diffuculty in swallowing..

You can continue with your remedies if they are helping.

And please also take Sulphur 30c, twice daily with Manganum 30c and Echinacea.
