heart stopped suddenly

i am 41 years old.i feel that my heart has stopped suddenly for a few seconds varying from 2 to 3 sec and then suddenly starts beating again.due to this strength of my body exhausted.i feel weakness and anxity for few minutes& became sad due to fear of death.i experience the feeling of death for that moment. i am facing this problem from last 18 years.kindly suggest medicine for me.
