Fear of vomiting

Can someone suggest me a remedy to fix this?
Below, I have tried my best to describe my feelings related to this.

When I get acidity, I instantly get anxiety because of the fear of vomiting. I will do absolutely anything to NOT vomit. Take charcoal caps or baking soda water.

Why or what I feel:
- not able to breathe while vomiting
- sense of smell is very strong, so I hate the smell
- embarrassment of throwing up, even though it hasn't happened publicly many times
- need to be around a loved one, holding their hand due to panic of not being able to breathe whilst throwing up, hence the fear of dying
- fear of vomiting again after vomiting once, usually when I get terribly sick to vomit, it keeps on coming and vomiting on an empty stomach hurts, so that fear is prevalent too
- years ago, I got stomach sickness from eating two very different foods and vomiting lasted several days, bad shape, no eating for several days and on fluids
I clearly remember the three times I have badly fallen sick from stomach illnesses and they have resulted into several days of vomiting...I am definitely traumatized. I even cry before I have to vomit.

I am 29 years old, I can surely tell you this much, I am not scared of going through labor than I am of vomiting. Truly embarrassed to even post this publicly.

I love grilled, spicy foods, cheesy (not gooey), garlicy, crispy, fatty-semi fatty, steamed foods.
No specific condition. Let’s say, I had less water today or infulged into too much of dairy or fried gluten foods, and stomach got bad acidity and reflux, that’s when I get the fear of it. But I don’t actually vomit.
Thirst is ‘okay’ not great
Appetite is also ‘okay’ not great, can be better if I had help at home with my daughter so most of the time I get lazy in cooking specially for myself.
Sleep- somedAys great and long, some days short (7hours), but calm and relaxed, uninterrupted
No foods cause vomiting, if I eat too much junk or fried or anything in extreme amounts, then yes acidity of reflux makes me wants to vomit but I take steps to stop it and poop it out. (Sorry tmi)

Take pulsatilla 30c three times a day for 5 days(one dose is 2 drops in a cup of normal water)

From next day robinia pseudacacia 3x 15 drops in half cup of water three times a day

Reply after one week about the condition

Please do not take anything 20 min before and after the medicine.
Avoid camphor, coffee, garlic, mint, perfumes.
Do not take any other homoeopathic medicine along with this.

For How long do I have to take the second remedy?

I am in the US, do I need to order these in liquid form only or pellets will work too?

Can’t have garlic in cooking either or raw garlic by itself?
Should garlic not be eaten with any homeopathic medicine at all? Very interested in knowing why, to increase my knowledge, please!

Thank you so much!

Take these medicines and tell me about the condition, all the changes u feel after one week

Pellets works same as liquid there is no difference

if taking pellets then 4 pellets is one dose for both medicines becoz in second medicine robinia 3x it comes under large sized pelletes..

And yes garlic and mentioned things are contraindicated with all homoeopathic medicines becoz they may antidote or interfere with the action of medicines..
