Oligospermia with low testosterone

My age is 29 years.
My semen reported 1 million sperm count with 10% motile.
My t-level is 150.
Problem in erection also.
Please help.

Sir, from few less desire towards wife. Earlier I used to have erections even after watching intimate scenes from movies. Now I feel depressed
No addiction.
In my teenage, lot of masturbation. Sometimes 3 to 4 times a day.
Tension about the career.
I feel scared to meet new people.
I have very small group of friends.

I see dreams of writing exams and never able to complete my paper.

Take
conium maculatum 30c three times a day (1 dose is 2 drop in a cup of water)

Nuphar luteum 6X 15 drops in a cup of water three times a day

Follow up after 5 days


Please follow

do not take anything 20 min before and after the medicine.
Avoid camphor, coffee, garlic, mint, perfumes..
Do not take any other homoeopathic medicine along with this.

You can also try Aswagandha Q (20-20 drops) thrice a day. This is miraculous medicine for low motility and other sexual issues.
