Dear Doctors,Here is my sperm report received yesterday
Sperm Count: 45 mil/ml
Sperm Motility: 40%
Activity Grade: *2 (Slow, undirected Movement)
Sperm Morphology:53%
Plz See my report and recommend medicine please.

please take a combination of wilmar schewbe, W.Germany 20 drops per dose 3 times a day.Take one desi egg daily in breakfast. Report after 3 month.

Dear Doctor,
Kindly refer my request for medication. it is informed that after use of medicine I am suffering from the following problem:-
"urine pressure has increased. and there is frequent urination and my penis erected and lower part including testes became too much heated".I approached to the Urologist who informed that it is due to tension but informed that I am suffering it after use of medicine.
Doctor sb, I have found no Desi eggs, however, used white eggs after day and use the recommended medicine but no improvement but urination problem at maximum.
Please doctor sb. Solve my issue of excessive urination.
My routine is very disturb. waiting for an early reply please.
