This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Can you provide more info about your problems?

What are the symptoms of Diverticulitis and a bowel blockage?

1. Exact location ( affected organs)

2. Any Sensation ( eg. sharp pain, stubbing, dull, throbbing, etc)

3. Causation

4. When did it all start?

5. Are there any changes in your mental /emotional state since your illness?

6. What are the things which aggravate your symptoms?

7. What are the things which ameliorate your symptoms?

8. What other physical / mental symptoms do you have?

9. What time of the day do you feel the worst in general?

10. Are you taking any medication?

Then all he needs to do is look up Diver..... in some repertory and treat himself. I thought in your previous post you claimed Homeo was all about "symptoms".

that is why i have not disclosed the name of the medicine for want of symptoms mr jawahar.

and i would not interfere in the case as it has been taken over by Tui.

I just responded to your query in the post.

However the main issue is diverticulosis and diverticulitis.

Before we get into the Diverticulitis issue, let me take help on an acute.

I am having left shoulder pain. Initially I thought that it is due to sleeping wrong way and may go away but no today is 3rd day and feeling miserable.

The left shoulder in the back, and arm portion below the shoulder in the back, close to the joint hurts. Cause could be sleeping posture or not sitting in an ergonomic position at work, computer below eye level. Also I have some herniated disc in the neck (no issues, no regular medication), which could be adding to the problem.

Some times it gets better, some times it is worse. I have been trying to do mind movement exercises for the shoulder which have not helped. If I press on it and hold, it feels better. Also if I just fold and support my left arm it feels better. The pain is not radiating but my whole left arm feels mild pain till the wrists. This is not heart problem.

I took Bryonia 30 one dose each for two days, don't even know if this is the correct remedy, I have not seen any changes. In general, it wakes me up after 3AM because of pain. I just got up and it pains quite a bit. I had a left leg-hip joint pain sometime back and could not walk and was suggested bryonia which had helped me. So that's why had tried Bryonia.

Thanks for the help.

I think the pain is more prominent on the left arm in the back, right below the shoulder joint.

The left shoulder in the back & the left arm back close to the shoulder is an issue. I tried Ibuprofen but did not help. On the internet it says the cause is herniated disc or pinched nerves.

The pain is strong and feels better when I support the folded arm.

So putting pressure is better?

And moving arm is more painful?

Rajan appears to be a competent doctor.

on the arm pain, pulling the arm up and supporting it and putting pressure on it feels better.

The pain in the back shoulder also feels better when I fold the left up and support it. My sleep has been disturbed because whenever I lie down on the left side the affected shoulder area hurts but still it gets better and better if lying down the whole night. The pain / doscomfort starts increasing after getting out of the bed. Folding and supporting the arm helps.
