Frequent Nightfall

Hello my name is subhash and my age is 19 now. I have frequent Nightfall and semierection of penis in night this problem isfrom 3 to 4 years and it occur 1 to 2 times a week ; it's cause may be excessive masturbation in early age it affect my body and cause depletion of memory which affect my academic please help

One dose means 2 pills or drops each of both the remedies at a time.

I have a little bit confusion on dose should it be taken with water(dilute) or concentrated clarify please
