teeth breaking off

Hello would very much like some help please.

For a couple of years now bits of my teeth have been chipping off. Just recently large chunks are starting to break off while eating just simple things like a crust of bread. Some of my teeth seem to show a darkening patch on the inside near the gum. The teeth break without any pain or even sensation. I just notice something hard in what I am chewing and find it is part of a tooth.

I am 60 yo female overweight with hashimotos, early menopause (37). History of eczema and psoriasis. Mental/emotional: persistent depression, anxiety, anhedonia, shame, self-loathing, isolated. Suffered physical and emotional abuse growing up in home with domestic violence.

As a child I had many cavities filled and some teeth removed due to "crowded mouth". Typically my finger and toe nails are extremely hard, I have to soak them in order to be able to cut them and if someone pushes against one they will feel as if cut, sometimes it does cut.

Many thanks.
