urge to stool at bedtime
Hello All-- what would be a good remedy for someone who during the day, doesn't feel any urge to pass stool. When they go to bed, then they aren't able to sleep right away and then within a short time (ex. 20 to 30 mins) that's when they get the urge to go have a bowel movement. It's not really a matter of the body clock in that we're on a different time zone due to a trip and this is still happening. Rather inconvenient time to get the urge, really! Was wondering if you had any ideas on a remedy that fit that situation. TIA.merrybees on 2004-07-22
