Cystic Acne before ovulation

I am a 41 year old female. My hormones have been out of wack for 2 years now. I am breaking out with deep painful cystic acne around my chin area, 5 days before ovulation. I read about Calcarea Carbonica. I would like to know the exact dose so I don't over do it. I am vegan, exercise regularly. I am 5 3 and 147 lbs. I have night sweats and mood swings, nausea, dizziness, before my period. Before ovulation I have no symptomts other than the horrible breakouts.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You may take 2 pills or drops of Calcarea Carb 200 or 30 twice a day for 3 days and see how that affects over 15 days.

Thank you. If if doesn't work, should I repeat in 15 days?

Hi, 15 days have passed since I took the Carcarea Carb 200, I immediately broke out more especially on my cheeks. When should I see improvement?

You may try Calcarea Carb 1M in future. Else you may go for Natrum Mur 200.
