1. Iam facing strong social pressure as i am not able to become father.
Since last 7 years ,i am facing
-- erectile dyfunction
-- premature ejaculation

3.c) Gas formation more happens after 5 pm ,evening time specially.Mostly gas is odourless.Many times feels gas is struck in my stomach.
Very quickly gets acidity ,heart burn.Specially not able to tolerate green chilly ,it gives strong stomach heat and heart burn.
Before sleep at night ,if i drink 1 glass or somewhat water more ,i gives me straight way acidity.I couldn't able to sleep with the support of right shoulder.
Black pepper power ,doesn't give me acidity.Red chilly in moderation is still okay for me.
ALWAYS FEEL HEAT IN THE STOMACH. I RARELY GET HUNGER ,MAY BE 1 OR 2 TIME IN A 50 DAYS.
Digestion is slow.
If i eat late in the afternoon like around 3 pm than i feel too much laziness and like to sleep.
4.Due to studies and job pressure,my physical activities reduced a lot in last 24 years.Now almost none.
If try to go for jogging ,i get tired within 5 mins.I feel kind of stiffness in my legs.I feel breathing also too much.
Extra information that may help you:
a) Urinary incontinence problem since childhood ,doesn't get cleared in a single chance.Drop-drop comes after one time main urine clearance .Need to wait in toilet room ,then few drops comes and finishes it few attempts 4-5.
b) Skin infection near ankle of the left leg and it comes and goes.It's happening more than 2 years.Sometimes it itches a lot.
c) weak memory,forgetfulness is quite common(specially in a short-interval of time) ,sort of mind-fogginess ,confused ,not clarity of thoughts.
Memorizing something exact text is very difficult for me.So, learning any new language is tough for me.
