Urticaria after exertion

Hello

I suffer from hives as soon as I practice sports, and sometimes after a hot shower, or exposure to the sun.

the urticaria attacks were caused by my old homeopath who prescribed me staphysagria there is already 3 years.
I have red patches and little pimples like stinging nettles.

My spleen is sensitive to pressure.

What remedy could definitively heal me from this cholinergic urticaria? I could see that Natrum Muriaticum or Urtica Urens could match, but which one is the most suitable? And what dilution or potency?

Psychologically I do not think to match the profile Nat Mur ... I ruminate a little but it is logical with the energy of the spleen, but I'm not "memories memories ..."

Thank you for your help !
