Dr Basu...Please advice on the accidental case

My husband met with an accident...Right knee is swollen...And paining
Has taken Arnica 1m 3 doses in a gap of 10 minutes each

From the second day can he take
Rhus Tox 30 ch and Ruta 30ch

And when can arnica 1m be repeated?

Please advice

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.

If the conditions is improving I don't advice to repeat the remedy. I don't administer 1M potency so frequently. It must not be used to control immediate situation.Normally when there is need to stabilize action for long time ,I usually suggest 1M in 15 days gap or 1 months gap.

There is 20 percent improvement in swelling ..pain has also gone down a bit...

What should we do ???

Give Him
1.Mag Phos 6x
2.Silicea 6x
4 tablets each 4 times daily for 10 days.
Feedback on 15th day.
