Pain in wrists
I am 43 year old women and I started having wrist pain on both wrists for the last few weeks. Th pain radiates to both hands and fingers and I can sometimes feel the pain moving upwards to by elbow and shoulder. I find it hard to open jars, tight caps etc. and holding the car steering causes uneasiness and I keep switching hands. My hands feel stiff and lacking energy. Otherwise, I have been healthy overall. Please recommend a remedy.Thank you,
Simran.

Ruta grave 200 (for painful smaller joints if the vision is also blurry).
Dose: three drops in little water every night before retiring to bed. Stop after Three nights or when the pain is no longer noticeable.
