Please write down everything starting from one year prior to birth. Pls avoid using technical terms like hemi...... Just your problem in layman language. Right or left leg, how much shorter, appearance etc.I'll try helping you if I can.

Sabaa: I am not good at tech med terms.They make no sense to me. I think I have come across similar case that happened very very long ago. If you'll keep to one problem at a time I will try to help.
