• There was a normal pregnancy , no complications
• 40 weaks,failed inductions due to fetal distress
• He was cow milk formula, and he has this formula till his age 2 years. And for eating also he is on formula and sometime homemade food like (rice, bread) and after 2 years finish he start fresh cow milk .
• Received all vaccinations according to WHO.
• Vaccine as follows::: bcg (at birth) hep A, hep b, d tap,hib,ipv,dtp,oral polio(opv)
• Pcv,rota virus,mmr vasicella, dpt (tetra) pcv b,opv b.

No hospitalization.
Symptoms:
• He gets easy bruise in his body.
• Since 9 months of his age he have constipation
• When he was 30 months old he have dryness in eyes
• He have URINARY TRACT INFECTION (Uti) October 2013
• He was complaining of stomach pain also in October/2013 and before also.
• And lower abdomen pain (October/2013
• Whenever mosquito bites it becomes red in that area.
• He have mild temperature when we touch his body but not detected by by thermamoter (oct/2013)
• We do sonography in report found (cystitis) (cotber/2013)
• Hand to mouth (octo/2013)
• He use to tell leg pain in between
• In 2014 doctor told us to so x-ray of neck then he find there is adenoids enlarged
• In 2014 april he use to ask food (and telling hungry) even after his full dinner (after 3 to4 hours he tells hungry)
And in September/2014 we do random test for tsh and found his tsh high and antitpo

Below this symptoms we continue monitoring :since 2014 when we know he have hasimotos

1. He have hoarseness in 2015 many times
2. Eye fluid retention (august 2015/march 2016) 2 times
3. We notice hair fall after shampoo not much 2 times ( august/2015-march/2016)
4. Teeth grinding when he sleeps (august/2015)
5. Nasal polyps (sep/2015)


We have notice in april/2016

• We can see veins below his neck
• Doctor told us may be multiple goiter in his neck
• Recurrent complain stomach pain since November 2015
• Teeth grinding

Diet:

Since 2014/September he is gluten/milk/sugar/nightshade/free diet.
Till September 2015

Since October 2016 he is on AIP diet (auto immune paleo diet)

• He have always nose blocked may be due to adenoids,(he takes homeopath
