discomfort after bowel movement

Hello, here are my symptoms:

1. I used to have a bowel movement every morning, now it's usually one every other day.

2. The stool passes easy, but it is sticky and takes several wipes. Doesn't feel like a "complete" emptying.

3. About 15 minutes afterwards I start to feel very uncomfortable throughout my lower abodomen? It's hard to describe the exact area. It's not my rectum but higher up. The discomfort lingers for several hours afterwards. I guess I'd describe it as an inflammation feeling. It's not painful, but it is definitely uncomfortable. Once it goes away I feel completely normal the next day.

Thanks for any feedback.
