I think Low self esteem/confidence is the root of all.

I forgot to mention about my heartburn issue.
difficulty sleeping,if I stay awake for some reason for long, then I can't sleep, I feel like I am just lying on bed keeping eyes closed.

Kadwa prescribed baryta carb and lyco 6 months ago.
Did you take them? If so, results??

What else have you tried - herbs, remedies, other meds?
