Upset Stomach

It seems around most holidays and when I have upsetting news I get a bloated and upset stomach. I burp acidity. My stomach also makes growling noises

Recently my stomach is bloated and uncomfortable. It is like my nerves are in my stomach and it reacts the same way to all my feelings, positive and negative. I need some relief
