Sulf->calc

Have a patient on sulfur 200ck for chronic migraines, with light sensitivity, and nose bleeds during headaches and all his symptoms have subsided with the sulfur except he continues to have chronic post nasal drip. Based on his feedback Merc/Calc originally to be the most likely treatments he has tried ginger, peppermint, eucalyptus, and astragalus before without improvement; however wanted to try sulfur with him first because of the negative combination effects of using sulfur secondary. With his recent feedback Calcarea Carbonica would be a better fit for him over merc,checking to see how long before switching his dosage to Calc as my medica does not specify.

Materia Medica won't specify any rigid time frame for gap between two remedies. The attending physician should use his own judgement. If a chronic symptom doesn't change under the influence of some remedy when many symptoms responded well, next remedy may be applied for the given indications.
