Over active immune system

Hi, I would like to know if there is a homeopathic remedy alternative to prednisone.

My pet (dog) was diagnosed with an auto immune disease which have caused mast cell tumors to spread on her leg under the skin.These tumors are not the bad ones but are very aggressive due to the extreme inflammation and histimine in her body.

I would like advice on how to subdue her inflammation so these tumors can be contained or start to dissolve.

Please give her the following remedies twice a day for 15 days...
Belladonna 30
Histaminum 30
Thuja 30

One dose means-
Dissolve 2 pills or drops each of all remedies with some water and let her sip that water.
