7 year old wetting himself

Hello my son is 7.5 years old fully potty trained for more then 3 years. For the last week he’s been wetting his pants during the day only. He sometimes doesn’t realize it other times when he has the accident he holds and runs to the bathroom to empty rest of his bladder.
What should I do.

I said Natrum.phosphoricum and Natrum.muriaticum ...

And there is no Natrum.sulphuricum .. by Simone mistakenly. If you don't have order these.

I’ve had constipation for a year on and off. Hemmoroid for the least week. My bowels are inconsistent. I have buldging disc lower back. Pain on and off on my tail bone area. Headches around my period week. More week but occasionally restless legs. I feel thirstless. I feel more cold but recently at night time I sweat. My daily routine is just with kids. I am stay at home mom. I try to walk on treadmill a few times a week. My knee cracking started about 9 months ago.
I sometimes get adjustments from chiropractor when I have lower back pain which helps a lot. Once my vertebrae was twisted and my one leg was shorter then other and adjustment Helped the issue.
I just don’t want my knees to get worst. My doc said I have very mild arthritis in my knees.

Thanks in advance

I should also mention last year I was very active as oppose to now. I’m scared my knee will get worst if I exercise more or over exert myself
