Chest pain at left side and breathing difficult when stand and sit, stool sensation is not there for 2 days.

START GOING FOR A FIVE KM WALK EVERY DAY AND MAKE PANAYAM A PART OF YOUR LIFE,SPECIALLY ANULOM VILOM AND KAPALBHATI,15 MINS BE DEVOTED TO EACH PRANAYAM.

YOU WILL LOOSE WEIGHT AND FEEL GOOD.
