Swollen Gland On Neck Left Side

I am a 64 year old single woman.
My daughter and her boyfriend and my granddaughter live with me and rent rooms in my house. It helps with finances and they do some of the large jobs around the house that I can’t do. I help them with advice and babysitting. I also work part time doing phone calls to companies and writing their responses on paper for 3 hours each day.
Doctors opinion: blood test done and no infections present. Did test for thyroid cause he thought I am thin. Those results will come next week. Have rheumatoid arthritis (282 count) and not taking medication. Have heart condition mitral valve prolapse and not taking any medication for it with annual testing and checkup. Have COPD and take symbicort 200 puffer with steroids whenever I have bronchitis. Used it in January when I was sick. Have taken amoxicillin many times and also stronger antibiotics when I had a lung infection in 2013. Had facial cellulitis in 1983 and was in hospital for 7 days on IV antibiotics. Have never token bones or had surgery. Have one daughter and birth was natural with breastfeeding for over 5 years.
A) Constipation: never had constipation pain Bowel movements are once daily in morning and soft formed. With illness comes diarrhea 2-3 times in morning and afternoon then fine until next morning.
B) Headache: yes. It starts each day at 12 noon and lasts until bedtime. It is in neck and comes up the back of head.

C) Active or sedentary: Active doing small duties around the house. Going shopping and visiting in car. When we’ll go to fitness club ride bikes do weights do sports like badminton swimming walking dog going camping and traveling on car trips.
D) Routine: 9:30am wake up and two dogs jump on the bed. Pat them and play with them. 10:00 am get up and take off wrist splints and foot wraps to hold big toes and ease bunion pain. Let dogs outside and feed them 10:30am make breakfast and eat while reading and listening to radio. 11:00 am clean up and empty dishwasher and put dishes in cupboards . Fold laundry and put clothes away upstairs. 11:30 am check remedies and take one if needed. And start preparing to do work. 12:00 start work. And make coffee or tea. 12.30pm do work. 3:30 pm finish work. Make food and eat. 4:00 get in car and go to store or go to fitness centre if healthy . 5:00 go to watch granddaughter in swimming or dance. 6:30 get home and let the dogs out and make dinner with help of family. 7:30 eat dinner and talk. 8:00 pm watch tv and nap in chair or play with granddaughter. 11:30 watch news and shows on tv 12:30 make food and have snack. Clean up dishes. And feed pets 1:30 am go to bed.
E) Reoccurring: No never had this before it is still there.
F) was I active just before this: yes I was half way to my top speed activity. I had oedema and Charlie horse in my right calf. As soon as it went this came.
G) Thirsty: Yes a bit thirsty but not interested in drinking more. Daily have 2 cups of tea 2 cups of coffee and 2 cups of water
H) cold or hot: Cold. Always wear extra to keep warm.

Symptoms history:
Feel happy each day mostly but cry at times for no reason when a song comes on or when I am alone or when telling my symptoms. I cry at parades church services and at weddings or when someone does something nice for me.
I am very afraid of thunderstorms and want to be at home during them or in a large building. I moved to a town that has fewer storms each year.
I have physical symptoms that change place daily and last about 24 hours. These include sore eyes feel bruised. Sore jaw on left side today at joint. Raspy throat which I clear by small coughs. I used to be a good singer but now can’t very well. Sore shoulders both sides wore wrists hands fingers with twisting and drifting on right hand and a bit on left hand. Sore swollen knuckles and fine of sitting still but if hot something has lots of pain! Sore lower back. Sore hip on right side sore left knee. Sore right ankle. Sore toes on both feet. Bunions on both feet. Left foot worse bunion pain at end of day. Left foot had big toe deformed. Like trench toe. Is swollen numb calloused and nail is yellow and rough and pealing at times. Calloused skin has sore edges and rubs other toes causing pain. On sole of foot near toes skin is thick calloused on both feet splitt at times.
Have itchy spot on forehead on left side along eye brow and along hairline. Have phlegm that I spit up daily and it comes after I eat or drink anything. It is usually whits and tasteless and feels slimy. I have also had allergies since 1979 to grass and ragweed and this gives me itchy eyes and scratchy throat In summer.

Symptoms history :
I do not have any arthritis symptoms during a Cold or bronchitis infection. I feel tired during wind storms. I get blood sometimes after a diarrhea stool when wipe. Skin feels cold on buttocks and legs and face but warm on hands and arms. Some nights have insomnia if have done nothing physical during day or heard a sad story in evening and think about it at night. I like to wear the same clothes every day and change only on bath day every 2-3 days or if really soiled.

Thank you for your reply. I have ordered these two remedies from my local store. They will be coming on Friday and I will start then.
I have a supply of remedies at home and I do have Natrum Muriaticum 30ch and Kali Muriaticum 6x. . Should I start taking these now or wait for the others to arrive?
I live in a small town so it takes time to get remedies from the big city. The store in town makes orders once a month or I can order online to get the remedies. Or I can drive to the city when the weather is good.

I am feeling much better while taking the two remedies but stopped taking them and felt bad again. During the 4 days of taking the remedies I felt rested each morning. I got up early each day and was more active all day. I felt stiff in the evening like usual and had a change in bowel with less movement and stiffer stools. I feel happier each day and the lump in my neck is very small now. Right hand and left foot hurts and when I stop the remedies I get headache and sore throat with a raspy voice. Also have to say that I always feel better during wet weather. Thankful for all of your help.
