Foul smelling gas
Lately I have a terrible time with gas. Its' smells awful.After hysterectomy due to ovarian cancer in November I was gas free. Now I get it again .Is this a symptom of something being wrong cancer wise?Gas is a one of many ovarian cancer symptoms.Please help.

9. List of your complain first: gas after a meal -starting almost right away-unpleasant taste in mouth,sometimes associated with light headache, no gut ache

11. Desire sweets/sour/salt-no desires -i don't eat sweets period.Salt-no salt in my diet
12. Thirst -no, i drink at least 6 glasses of liquids a day, don't drink pop at all or sweetened juices,
13. Tongue - light colour coating, only in the middle of tongue, sides and tip are light red
14. Current BP (without medicine and with medicine)170/68
15. What exactly is happening ?had hysterectomy and no spreads of cancer anywhere,refused chemo and treating myself with Johanna Budwig Diet- fruits and vegetables and lightly cooked food
