Child small penis
My 5 year child has small penis.Also his pronunciation of some alphabet is not clear.please suggest

Small penis in boy12 years.fatty and lazy.penis is too small that couldnot be seen out side even.height is 5 fr and weight 60 kg.navil part and pubic area is nore fatty.like to eat sweet and soft things in eatables..dont like to chew even hard.things..fruits or any candy that r hard ..not liked by him to eat.lazy..dont like hard work physical or mentle
