Wart on right pinkie

My 13 year old daughter has recently developed a wart on the inside, middle section of little finger on right hand. Same color as her skin, feels a little rough to touch. No pain, no secretions. She craves a lot of salt, has some hair loss in last couple of months. She has very high correction for short sight(not able to see distant objects clearly) on her left eye(5+). Right eye correction for short sight is a little better at 3+. As a new born, she was in neonatal care for pneumonia and was given heavy dose of antibiotic the first 2 weeks after her birth through C-section.
Can a homeopath please recommend a suitable remedy for her? Very grateful.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Can someone please advise?

She also sweats profusely on her palms, worse with physical activities, holding things in palms, playing musical instrument etc. Rest of the body feels normal when palm feels cold and wet from sweat. No odour for sweat. She does not sweat even with physical exercise in school except in her palms. period is regular, last 3-4 days.

Thanks for your advice.

She's responsible, friendly, quite, loves food, snacks, hates rice in all forms, refuses to eat any variety of rice, loves sweets, candy, chocolate, Nutella is her favorite, craves salt(extreme), puts so much salt in food, I can't eat any of her left overs, dislikes vegetables, very hard to make her eat a spoonful or so daily, ok with fruits, she will eats fruits if we compel her to, does not like taste of eggs(however it's cooked), but ok with eggs in cakes, bread etc. Eats a lot of bread, chips, hates bitter taste, loves sweet and salty tastes, likes sour taste, has a sense of control on portions of food, so no binge eating, enjoys baking, cooking, likes music & dance(palm sweating is a problem in music class at school), never sweats with gym, dance etc. She likes to stay up at night, if she stays up past 10.00pm she will wake up next morning with slight bags under her eyes. She has good focus in studies, very serious about homework, finishing work on time, good retention of materials, teachers speak well of her at school. She can be stubborn and whiny if we ask her to eat rice, vegetables, practice music, math etc when she does not want to. Her voice changes to a very annoying loud whiny tone when she expresses her reluctance. She's a happy kid, works hard, takes feedback very well, in a positive way, can accept not being good at something(example vocal singing)but continue doing it because she enjoys it. Not competitive with other kids, she does not have the tendency to compare with others, very kind, caring, giving & sharing well other kids. In school, teachers pair her up with kids who need more attention as she does not get purturbed by their expression of their needs and she is very considerate to them. As a 2-4 years old child, she was extremely quite, would barely speak a word or two to her pre-school teacher, nothing to other kids, would not interact/play with other kids etc. She took Bryonia alba 200C for a week and came out of her introversion completely. Now, she speaks up when she has to, very well, makes friends and is liked well by other kids and adults. Her pediatrician or optometrist have nothing to say about her vision correction. According to them, her level is above average and is becoming more common with kids because of use of smart phones. She spends about 1-2 hrs a day on smart phone, all school work is on laptop. She is 13 1/2 years, still innocent, wants me to buy her giant Hershey bar(chocolate) if she gets into Harvard University! She says she wants to become a surgeon and she feels she will make a good doctor. Food, snacks, chocolate, ice cream make her happy. Luckily, we have not done any diagnostic tests on her other than X-ray that diagnosed pneumonia from ingestion of maconium at birth(I had very long labor and ended up with C-section for not dilating enough over 14+hrs). She got her period at age 12 1/2, regular every month, has not complained of any cramping or discomfort. She's thin, about 4.11" in height. Thanks for advice to get over her sweating problem on palms, wart on finger and improve vision. She has recently had mild hair loss. Right now, it does not look worrisome to me.

We are in Central Standard Zone in USA(Midwest). Most remedies available are in pellet forms by Boiron.

I have been giving her cell salts Nat Mur 6x, Calc Sulph 6X. I have given her Calc Sulph 6x before, she had clear secretion behind ear where ear attaches to head, and thick skin that peeled off on her right knee. Both stopped with Calc Sulph 6X- this was 2-3 years ago .ALso Calc Flour 6x for white spots on teeth and very ridgy, grooved enamel(from the time the permanent teeth came out, teeth seem to have vertical ridges in place of smooth even enamel)

Thank you for your advice.

Thank you, I will buy Calc Carb 6x. HAve not seen liquid dilution in stores around me. I might be able to order them online. I will check on it. I forgot to mention that I gave her a remedy called Rite Hite(available on amazon) from SBL pharmaceutical in India. The ingredients are Baryta Carbonica - 3x
Silicea - 6x
Calcarea Phosphorica - 3x
Natrum muriaticum - 3x
In equal proportion Excipients q.s. to one tablets of 250mg

She took 2 bottles of this remedy. I feel it helped more for her teeth to fall in place. Her front two teeth were jutting out quite a bit. Orthodontists recommended braces after pulling out 4 teeth. Now, the two front teeth are only slightly jutting out about 30% of what used to be. She has grown in height also. She stopped taking Rite Hite close to 2 months back.

I will be looking for Calc crab in stores near me over weekend, if not available then order online.

Thanks again!
