Psoas tight/painPlease what remedy for difficulty raising from sitting position worse on Right leg. Physical therapist said shortened psoas muscle is the problem.

As far as I know, there is not a homeopathic remedy for this.
What I do know though is that the psoas often tightens to compensate for back muscles weakening, so stretching it out is not necessarily a good idea, unless you also strengthen the back muscles. Search the Web for excersizes.
The psoas often shortens as a result of long periods sitting down. General gentle excersize (I.e. walking ) may also help.
