I go to my wife only to get excited by talking to her. The penis starts releasing the liquid, without any entercours or without sex, and spamming out shortly afterwards. Immune system is very low and lot of stress in shoulder and neck. I feel very helpless to myself
Penis is always contractile. Liquid Every Time is Released. Than after pain in scrotums .
Test report:-
1. Right epididymis few small (2 to 3 mm) cysts are seen
And Grade II right varicocele on right side.
2. Total sperm court 10milli/ml - less than 40 millions

Ans- I weakup 6:00AM After doing regular daily work, I take 4 pieces of Italy in the breakfast, and then after passing the small work of the house, I go to the office at 10 o'clock. I work there on a computer Take 11:00 am 1/2 cup tea, take rice, lentils, 2 roti and vegetables at 2:30. After this the stress starts to resemble. So take 1/2 cup tea. 6:00 pm I go home after completing the work. After 1 hour the stress is reduced. 9 PM 4 hours after eating roti and vegetables, after 1/2 hour mobile use, I fall asleep at 10 o'clock.

Ans- Talking to a girlfriend is like nervousness and starts to get sticky drip from the penis, when I pass, I get excited without doing anything and the sperm is out from penis. Night falls on 3 occasions a week.

You can start with Kali.Mur 30c .. 3-4 drops every second day in some sips of water. In a separate disposable glass. After two hours of dinner.
Total doses in a week are 3-4 only
. no more no repeat. Don't eat or drink anything thirty minutes before and after taking the medicines.
