Strange dreams and opposite behaviour

Hello,

My patient is 31 y female with migranes since the age of 16. She reported a strange dream which has been recurring ever since she can remember at least 2-3 times per year. She crawls into a place sometimes of wood sometimes stone, and it becomes narrower and narrower and darker. She even has to bend and squeeze herself around corners in different directions and she knows she will not be able to go backwards. She is afraid to die of hunger, thirst or loneliness. Nobody will help her - nobody can hear her she is utterly alone. There is no pressure from the outside, she crawls inside because of curiosity and it just becomes narrower but that doesn't stop her.

She doesn't suffer from claustrophobia. The interesting thing is that as a child she used to hide inside closets and the like, in narrow spaces and she loved it, it was fun. Even last year she went to a competition and had to squeeze herself through a very narrow tunnel - she was not afraid at all. But the dream continues to appear.
