Gymnast with fractured elbow growth plate

Grandaughter who is a gymnast fractured growth plate in elbow. Pain, sharp, right arm, slight swelling, hurts with movement and pressure, she said there are 4 types of pain but could not describe.
xray revealed end of elbow and a little on side fractured. She needs quick bone mending.

I tried finding in Remedy Finder but for some reason was not giving me remedies. Not sure why. I entered fracture, elbow, point of, (could not enter right) pain,

Any suggestions

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Start giving Arnica 200c and Hypericum 200c two pills/drops three times a day for 5 days.

Make sure the bones have been set right(with the right cast or splint) and the joints have been checked to rule out any dislocation and start on this medicine.

Symphytum 30c twice a day for two weeks.

Give a weekly feedback about the progress.

Her bone is not broken. She has a slight fracture of the point of her elbow. There is no dislocation.

No problem. It was a general cautionary note to make sure there is no future deformity. Sometimes people would start medicines for fusion of bones before setting them properly or aligning them properly.

Even with growth plate fractures, there could be displacement at times and would require cast or a splint to keep them in place. So wanted you to make sure it's not a problem by seeing a doctor.

Fortunately there is no displacement I believe in this case.

In that case you can go ahead with Arnica and Hypericum as mentioned in the first post. Then follow it up with Bryonia 200c one dose twice a week for upto 5 doses.

From the second week, she can be given Symphytum Q 10 drops twice a day for two weeks.
